Whats App Policy

In line with the directions of the Medical Council of India and the Indian Medical Association, consultation and prescription of medication through social interaction products like WhatsApp has been highly condemned. If you would like to communicate with our expert through WhatsApp then you need to agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You can only ask general questions on WhatsApp like availability of doctor, timings etc.
  • It may take more than 24 hours on busy days to respond to messages so urgent questions or emergencies cannot be conveyed through WhatsApp. In such cases either call the helpline number or come to the hospital or go to any other nearest hospital.
  • If you do not get response to your query within 24 hours please leave a gentle reminder.
  • If you want a review of consultation then you can book an Audio or Video consultation with our doctors and they will provide you a valid prescription after explaining you the pros and cons of TELE-CONSULTATION.

Our team and experts thank you in anticipation of your cooperation to abide to this policy. We have a dedicated software called proclinic to help you chat with our doctor in a more scientific way and even generate online prescriptions for you.
